The Capilano Tennis Club is located at 2500 Capilano Road, situated between the east and west interchanges to Highway 1 (upper levels highway). The club was originally established in 1931 as part of the Capilano Community Centre. Although the community centre is long gone the tennis club continues to thrive and provides tremendous value to its 200 plus members.

The Capilano Tennis Club has four outdoor hard courts which are available for play year round. The brand new two storey clubhouse provides change rooms with showers, lounge, kitchen facilities and viewing deck.

A variety of instructional programs are offered for players of all ages and ability levels during the summer playing season (April to October) by Head Pro, Howie Jackson. Organized play includes: men's and women's inter-club league teams, annual club tournament, Doug Cairns Memorial men's doubles tournament, Saturday and Sunday afternoon tea and tennis mixed social, opening day social and new members night.
